You need a
MyIDFA-account in order to submit your accreditation form.
MyIDFA
Registration and accreditation takes place via
MyIDFA, our online registration system. You can use the same login code you used last year. If you’ve forgotten your password, please click on 'forgot your password' in MyIDFA. Please submit the completed accreditation form and upload a digital passport photo (JPEG) in the upload section of MyIDFA.
Late registration
Registration after the deadline of 10 October means that processing of your forms may take longer as well as listing on our online Guest list.
Please note: The selection procedure for IDFA Forum observer passes is finished and it is no longer possible to apply. All observer passes have been given away.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. It is only possible to cancel in writing. For further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Tickets for screenings
For all regular screenings, debates and master classes, a pass holder still needs to obtain a free ticket at the special Guest Box Office. Industry screenings are accessible with your IDFA Guest Pass, IDFA Forum Pass, IDFAcademy Pass, or Press Pass.

IDFA - Festival Guest Pass
€210 excl. VAT 6%
This pass gives you access to:
• All regular IDFA screenings (with a free ticket*).
• All industry screenings (no ticket needed: first come, first served).
• The masterclasses (with a free ticket*).
• All music documentaries plus concert at the discount price. Tickets can be purchased from the Guest Box Office.
• The industry panels and other secondary programming.
• The daily Guests Meet Guests.
• The Awards Ceremony and Awards Party on 23 November.
• The services of the First Aid Doc Clinic.
• The writing room with laptops and internet access.
IDFA - Festival Guest Pass Light
€100,- excl. VAT 6%
This pass offers:
• Tickets for regular screenings and masterclasses purchased online or from the Guest Box Office at a discount price of €7.50 per ticket (one ticket per screening per pass).
• Access to all industry screenings (no ticket needed: first come, first served).
• Tickets for music documentaries plus concert at the discount price. Tickets can be purchased from the Guest Box Office.
• Access to the industry panels and other secondary programming.
• Access to the daily Guests Meet Guests.
IDFA Press pass
€ 40,- excl. VAT 6%
This pass gives access to:
• All regular IDFA screenings and masterclasses (with a free ticket*).
• All industry screenings (no ticket needed: first come, first served).
• All music documentaries plus concert at the discount price. Tickets can be purchased from the Guest Box Office.
• The industry panels and other secondary programming.
• One of the six press viewing booths at Docs For Sale, located in Arti et Amicitiae.

IDFAcademy pass

This pass gives access to:
• The official four day IDFAcademy program

Docs for Sale Participants Pass
Available for representatives (producer, director or sales agent) of a film selected for Docs for Sale (one representative per film). A second Docs for Sale Participant’s Pass can be bought for €60 excl. VAT 21%.

*Tickets
You can obtain free tickets for screenings on the current or next day (one free ticket per pass per screening) from the Guest Box Office. A standard fee of €5 will be charged when purchasing tickets for two or more days ahead at the Guest Box Office or online. At sold-out screenings, pass-holders can queue at the entrance to fill ‘no-show’ seats (no ticket needed: first come, first served).
