You now may apply as a volunteer for IDFA 2013!
Volunteers are an important and intrinsic aspect to the successful organization of the festival.
They welcome our guests and audiences and are our eyes and ears during the festival. Volunteers are ambassadors of IDFA thanks to their cooperation and enthusiasm for the festival.
Changes in 2013
If you’ve been a volunteer at IDFA before, it’s important to check out the job descriptions once again before applying for 2013. We’ve made some changes in the tasks that come with every job. For instance, the tasks of auditorium managers, audience award assistants and service team have been combined in the new job, theatre assistant. This has also changed the tasks for the audience award assistant. Please note that not all jobs are available to non-Dutch speaking volunteers. If a job is only available to volunteers who speak Dutch, the job description is only published in Dutch and the job is not given as an option on the English application form.
You can apply to be a volunteer from August 2013 for IDFA 2013, which is scheduled from November 20th – December 1st . The volunteers form will be available on this page once you've logged in to your MyIDFA account.
When filling out the form, you need to agree to the general terms and conditions
for volunteers. Please make sure you have a digital head shot at hand to complete your application. Please note: if you are from outside the EU, you will need a work permit. Unfortunately it's not allowed to do volunteer work on a Student Visa.
