Synopsis
NIEUWE OREN VOOR RACHÈL is the story of Rachèl Vermeulen, who is ten years old and wants to straighten her protruding ears by undergoing plastic surgery. At the age of seven, Rachèl suddenly realised that her ears were sticking out. It does not really bother her a great deal, but sometimes other children make fun of her and call her ‘Flappie‘. She is afraid that later, particularly when she is around fourteen, her flap ears will really bother her, and she also wants to be a singer.
