Late Sixties: Paris, London and Milan pulse to the same rhythm renewing themself. In a creative and rebellious Milan, Guido Crepax intercepts all the news and transposes them into his stories breaking and innovating the structures of storytelling. NewYork, the story starts with an animation scene where Rembrandt, Valentina’s long-time boyfriend in the comics, receives a message from her, she’s lost she’s asking for help. He comes to life emerging from the cartoon to look for her. Through the narrative device the audience discover Guido Crepax coming in and out of the past, with a rhythm and visionary ability typical of the artist’s style.
