People in the Yukon, in the far northwest of Canada, live in a vast and breathtaking mountain landscape, where winters are cold and long, and summers short. A few decades ago, people from all over the world would come to earn money in this prosperous mining area. Now, the mines are all closed down, and the landscape looks abandoned and violated. North tells the story of this Canadian territory in a poetic but nonetheless confronting way.

This film will only be available in Docs for Sale on November 24, after its World Premiere.
