    In view of the current situation in Belarus, the European Cultural Foundation and IDFA present two documentary films by Mirosław Dembiński. Both films shed much-needed light on the recent history of Belarus and call attention to the threat currently facing democracy in Europe. Read more on the ECF website and in this open letter from the international arts community, signed by IDFA Artistic Director Orwa Nyrabia and André Wilkens, director of ECF.

    This initiative is part of the European Cultural Foundation and IDFA’s ongoing collaboration to stimulate public debate on Europe through documentary film and inspiring online and offline programs.
