Pathway: The Political Body
The political body occupies a position of resistance by being, by moving, and by being part of the public space. And though that space is often downright hostile towards certain people, their political body never ceases to be a space of resistance and pride — both a shelter and a shrine for those who inhabit it. In the films in this pathway the protagonists claim their bodies, take the stage, stand up and show who they are with remarkable determination.
