Multitalented and renowned editor Jacopo Quadri will give a special masterclass on editing. As an editor, Quadri worked on films by Bernardo Bertolucci, Gianfranco Rosi, Mario Martone, Paolo Virzì, Marco Bechis, Francesca Archibugi, Zhang Yuan, Alessandro Rossetto, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, and many others. Next to his work as an editor, he directed various experimental short films and full-length documentaries: Un posto al mondo (2000), La scuola d’estate (2014), and Il paese dove gli alberi volano (2015). For his feature length documentary, Lorello and Brunello, he received the Cipputi Award and the Special Jury Mention at the Torino Film Festival in 2017. Since the death of his father Franco Quadri, he has managed his publishing house Ubulibri, specialized in books about theater. His latest film Ultimina has its world premiere at IDFA 2020.
