Alongside the festival, two documentary markets take place during IDFA: Docs for Sale and the IDFA Forum. The IDFA Bertha Fund stimulates the documentary climate in developing countries.

Errol Morris central guest at IDFA 2015 June 30, 2015 | Renowned filmmaker Errol Morris will compile this year's Top 10 program at IDFA. The festival will also be screening a retrospective of Morris's work.
More room for Rough Cut Projects at Forum June 4, 2015 | IDFA Forum is introducing a new category for its 2015 edition: Rough Cut Projects. Replacing the successful Work-in-Progress Screenings held in 2013 and 2014, the new category is organised in cooperation with IDFA's market Docs for Sale.
IDFAcademy Summer School announces tutors and selection April 30, 2015 | The IDFAcademy Summer School has announced its 2015 participants and tutors. Renowned filmmaker Victor Kosakovsky will be among the tutors this year.
