Self-Portrait Along the Borderline with director Anna Dziapshipa
Description

Marina Meijer presents the vibrant Self-Portrait Along the Borderline (2023) directed by Anna Dziapshipa. The film resonates with Meijer's own exploration of family, identity and the past. Self-Portrait Along the Borderline skilfully weaves together rare archival material and (sound)fragments to offer a personal and political biography of Georgia-Abkhazia relations.

The screening is followed by a conversation between director Anna Dziapshipa and Marina Meijer.
