Festival history
Maggie O'Kane is reporter for Channel Four. The past year she has spent more time in Bosnia than at home. This film is a personal search for the people who are responsible for the crimes committed in Bosnia. O'Kane wonders to what extend Milosevic can be held personally responsible for them. She seeks for answers by way of interviewing Serbian fighters. It is striking to notice that Milosevic seems to be obscure all ties with them, so that he can never be held personally accountable. Nobody speaks directly about him, except former president Panic. He ventures to say that it is ridiculous that Milosevic is the person who people negotiate with, while at the same time he is being accused of war crimes by international politicians. O'Kane also talks with the leader of the Serbian Radical Party, Voyislav Seselj, who peddles unthruths and childishly denies all accusations.
