Workspaces
Like many festival organizations, IDFA changes in size throughout the year. In the quieter months, extra space opens up in our beautiful building in the heart of Amsterdam, and we’re happy to share that space with cultural organizations looking for an inspiring place to work.
- Workspaces are available from December 2025 to July 2026.
- Ideal for festivals, project teams, or other dynamic organisations in the cultural sector.
- A workspace includes: a desk, chair, monitor with HDMI cable, power outlet, keyboard, and mouse in a shared space.
- Shared use of: pantry (including fridge and dishwasher), restrooms, views, meeting room, Wi-Fi, cleaning service, electricity, and climate control.
- Available only full-time (Monday to Friday).
- 175 EUR per month per workspace, excl. VAT.
- 1-month notice required.
- Opportunity to meet other professionals in the cultural sector.
- Café Vertigo for networking meetings.
- Discount on programs at Het Documentaire Paviljoen.
- Daily walks in Vondelpark!
