This is the unique story of a love and hate triangle built around something one cannot see, touch or weigh: radio waves. It is about the Cold War seen through the story of the Romanian section of Radio Free Europe. How did fear and corruption bend down an entire society? How easy did one give up his liberty? In exploring all these questions, "Cold Waves" raises current issues in European or even oriental societies.
