I Swear to Tell the Truth uses a combination of audio guide, documentary and physical experience to invite the audience to participate in a series of short playful exercises exploring their own personal perceptions of truth. Listen to experts throw fascinating light on news reports about the war in Syria—the first war to reach us by internet. There are already more minutes of footage of this war online than the conflict has lasted. What mental picture do you have of Syria? How and why did you form that picture? From poking at the suspicious intentions of state run television networks, to grappling with our cloudy internal prejudice, I Swear To Tell The Truth is a thought-provoking experience inviting you to inspect how social and information networks have affected your perception of the world we live in, and your place in it.
