On-screen ads

During the walk-in period before each screening in De Spiegel cinema, slides and silent videos are displayed. Each slide appears on screen for 10 seconds, and the slide sequence runs for 30 minutes from the moment the theater opens to the public.

The slide sequence is on display for three months, during all film screenings at Het Documentaire Paviljoen.

Newsletter banner

IDFA sends a monthly newsletter in Dutch to subscribers. These mailings have an average open rate of 60% and a click-through rate of 4%. IDFA also sends a monthly newsletter in English to industry professionals. In addition to this, we send a monthly newsletter featuring the schedule for Het Documentaire Paviljoen to interested parties. 

We offer the option to place a banner in one or more editions of our newsletters. This banner appears at the bottom of the newsletter, under the news articles.

Outside of the festival, the website is IDFA’s largest platform for the public. IDFA offers the opportunity to advertise with banners on specific webpages of Het Documentaire Paviljoen and on other informational pages.
