A first film screening with a Q&A in a new, collaborative series with OneWorld, the magazine focused on journalism for justice. The discussion with poet Alara Adilow will be moderated by film historian and journalist Omar Larabi.
About the speaker
Alara Adilow (1988) is a poet of Somali descent, residing in Amsterdam. In 2019, she was a finalist in the Dutch National Poetry Slam. Her work has been published in notable literary journals such as De Gids, Het liegend konijn, De Revisor, and Tirade.
