Kika Vliegenthart took to the streets of New York with a camera on her shoulder. In KIKA NEW YORK, she depicts a society where performance, privatisation, individualisation and consumption determine the life of youngsters. Every episode in this series concentrates on young people who show their world to the spectator. What are their motives and which choices do they make?
