Based on critical, artistic, and independent documentary films compiled in collaboration with IDFA, our partners can have an inspiring, interactive conversation with both employees and relations. The documentary films shown at IDFA touch on various themes such as sustainability, human rights, equality, diversity and inclusion, and personal growth.

Partners of IDFA can organize private screenings with IDFA-selected films match important themes of your organization. IDFA also supervises the side programming, such as a discussion with experts and filmmakers. Our partners can organize these types of events for their own employees, relations, and clients.

Another possibility to participate in IDFA's program is to 'adopt' a specific part of the program. Your company can host a series or screenings and be communicated in our program as '...hosted by'.

IDFA is a strong and committed brand with a high-profile internationally. Through a partnership with IDFA, organizations can on the one hand strengthen their position (internationally) and on the other hand introduce a large new audience to their brand. IDFA has a public reach with almost 300,000 visits annually and 3,500 international guests from the documentary film industry. With media partners such as De Volkskrant, NPO, de Groene Amsterdammer, VPRO, WeTransfer, and OneWorld, IDFA generates a great deal of media attention and substantive articles every year. Internationally, too, IDFA can count on a considerable amount of media attention every year, with substantive articles and frequent mentions in leading international press like Variety and Screen Daily.

Depending on the size of their visibility package, our partners are included in this communication. By mentioning the logo and brand name in IDFA commercials, newsletters, and program magazines, your organization can reach a large, new audience.

IDFA has moved to Het Documentaire Paviljoen in the heart of Amsterdam’s city park Vondelpark. The move to the Vondelpark is an excellent opportunity to expand both our programming and our partner events throughout the year. A new cinema was developed in Het Documentaire Paviljoen, as well as 2 separate event rooms. The IDFA partners have the opportunity to organize their own screenings in the film theater and various types of gatherings at this location.

Our partners are given the privilege of using our spaces free of charge for a number of half-days per year and enjoy a discount on the available F&B.
