In the woods of Wallonia, somewhere at the end of Belgium, two men try to laugh away their sorrows. The Fleming Bob and the Walloon Marcel are keeping their sense of humor while slowly disappearing from life. They help each other out everywhere they can. While their friends and family continue their lives, the two friends plan a joint-suicide under the most beautiful tree they found in the forest. Ne Me Quitte Pas is a character driven film in direct cinema style. The honesty and authenticity of the main characters are exceptionally charming but at the same time painful and harsh.
