OUT FOR LOVE... BE BACK SHORTLY is the video diary of a former Israeli army officer, 28-year-old Dan Katzir. His story starts with a confession. He tells to the camera that he is looking for a girlfriend and that he plans to record his search on video. The story does indeed deal with his romance with Iris, a girl who will soon go and fulfil her military obligations. But apart from this love story, OUT FOR LOVE is also an important historical document. Katzir took his camera and registered the years in which Rabin tried to establish peace, until he was assassinated in 1995.
